Maintaining a healthy atmosphere inside a hyperbaric chamber
The innovative IHC Hytech CO2 scrubber has been specially designed to remove CO2 from the atmosphere of hyperbaric chambers. The scrubber is equipped with an induced flow fan which pulls the polluted air through a canister filled with soda lime to adsorb the CO2.
Hyperbaric chambers are sealed pressure vessels. This means that the atmosphere inside the hyperbaric chamber quickly becomes polluted with CO2 from exhaled air. High concentrations of CO2 can be poisonous and must be removed from the chamber atmosphere.Read full article
Underwater communication is critical for safe diving operations. The tender must be able to communicate with the diver(s) at all times and vice versa.
